Brown hair is the most familiar colour on any London pavement and, curiously, the hardest to describe well. On our route it covers fifteen girls and at least as many shades, from Bianka's light brown with its sun-kissed tips to Stacy's brown, so dark it reads as black until she walks beneath a lamp. This is the largest look we carry, so the names below are grouped by tone rather than by alphabet.

Over in Marylebone, Liana divides her time between French novels, pilates and her garden, while Rosa, petite and curvy with a head of chestnut curls, bakes, hunts for records and loves a slow afternoon in a gallery.
Margo and Sonya both live in Knightsbridge. Margo, slim with long straight dark brown hair, loves contemporary art and the piano, and Sonya, athletic and graceful with hazel eyes, practises ballet and meditation and knows fragrance inside out. Michelle, tall and curvy in Chelsea, sails and mixes cocktails, and Molly in Soho wears big glossy waves and lights up talking about house music and vintage cars.
Samanta, tall and slim in Mayfair, plays violin and collects languages. Tina, espresso brown and athletic in Covent Garden, loves fashion design, cocktails and a good record. Lucy, slender with long dark curls, lives in Pimlico just below Victoria, stargazes and runs early. And Stacy, at 176 cm the tallest brunette on board, lives in Chelsea, snowboards, adores comedy and takes street photographs.
Fifteen girls spread across the map means someone is nearly always close by. Three live in Soho, handy for Ham Yard or The Soho Hotel. Three more live in Knightsbridge, a few minutes from the Mandarin Oriental and the Bulgari. Two start from Paddington, two from Marylebone near The Langham and two from Chelsea, with one each in Mayfair, Covent Garden and Pimlico.
